Terms & Conditions and Service Agreement
All prices are inclusive of taxes and fees.
1. Payment Terms
Standard Bookings: A 25% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due 3 days prior to the booking date.
Wedding Car Hire: Full payment for wedding vehicle rentals must be cleared 14 days prior to the event date.
Additional Charges: Bookings may be subject to additional fees resulting from extra waiting time and parking charges.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations within 48 Hours: If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, 50% of the total paid amount is non-refundable (50% refund).
Cancellations within 24 Hours: If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, 100% of the total paid amount is non-refundable (No refund).
No-Show: If the client fails to show up at the designated time and location, no refund will be issued.
3. General Terms & Conditions
Advance Booking: Online bookings require at least 12 hours' advance notice.
Urgent Bookings: For bookings required in less than 12 hours, please contact our helpline directly at: +44 (0) 7875 127 110.
Punctuality & Delays: While we make every effort to ensure our chauffeurs arrive on time, London Prestige Chauffeurs accepts no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe traffic congestion or extreme weather conditions).
Safe Driving: Chauffeurs will drive at safe and reasonable speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic density, and statutory speed limits.
Damage & Cleanliness: Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. An invoice will be issued for any necessary repairs or specialized valeting required to restore the vehicle to its original condition.
Route Modifications & Extra Mileage: Any changes to the agreed itinerary, including additional mileage beyond what was originally booked, will incur extra charges as per our pricing structure on the website.
Vehicle & Driver Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle or chauffeur at any time if deemed necessary.
Route Selection: Chauffeurs will travel via the most appropriate route on the day of the journey, unless a specific route is requested by the client at the time of booking.
Insurance & Luggage: All vehicles are fully insured against passenger and third-party claims. However, personal belongings and luggage are carried entirely at the client's own risk, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage.
Passenger Behavior: London Prestige Chauffeurs and its drivers reserve the right to refuse carriage to any passenger believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers.
Strictly No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
Statutory Rights: Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall affect or diminish the client's statutory rights under applicable law.
